There Are Fifty States

Amazing revelation to know that there are fifty states, I suppose. But, I found this cool website when I was trying to figure out which of the states I’ve ever been to. Never really traveled much in my life, so I thought it would be neat to see how it all added up after doing the GSP!a.

OKC Bombing Thirty Years On

The Oklahoma Journal-Record building suffered extensive damage.

It’s hard to imagine the bombing in Oklahoma City occurred thirty years ago today. I remember exactly where I was when it happened. Standing in CNN Center in Atlanta watching Susan Rook hosting her morning talk show, she stopped when she was alerted and announced the event to the audience. CNN Center has been remodeled since then but the talk show was broadcast live from an area cordoned off to include an official studio audience and plenty of standing room for passersby such as myself.
